NOTE: We are going to use the Copenhagen EUDC 2025 Equity Policy with the first nine articles. But please disregard the "article 10 contact details'' written in the document we have sent. Our Equity Officer is İsmail Dinç for this tournament. So, please contact them for all the equity concerns. All the conflict/clash requests have to be notified to the Equity Officer by the end of Tuesday, 16th June 2025. Everyone will see the equity briefings via WhatsApp message as well.

Process of the rounds:

Draw and motion are consecutively releasing. Then you will have 2 minutes to ask question or request clarification if needed.

Duration of the Preparation Time: 15 Mins ((Electronic devices are not allowed to use during the preparation time and during the debate.) (Advisor Coaches are collecting the electronic devices such as phones, tablets etc. You can use dictionaries.))

Duration of the Debate: 1 hour

Duration of the Deliberation Process: 15 mins

Duration of the Feedback (Oral Adjudication): 15 mins

Duration of the Feedback Form Submission by the Teams: 5 mins

NOTE THAT: Feedback Form Submissions are COMPLETELY anonymous. Nobody can see your name and your team name on the form that you have submitted. Your deliberated scores for adjudicators will affect the ranking of the adjudicators.
